 1,2,3,Volunteers.net TM is a network wholly-owned and run by the '1,2,3,Volunteers Organization:' TM  A national Not-for-Profit Foundation currently only active in the state of New Jersey.   In New Jersey, we are, by Law, not required to file financial papers until our Fundraising activities amass over $9,000. /per year.  Since we are a recently re-organized non-profit, and 2018 is our Premier reopening year,  no filing is necessary.   Though we have promotional outreach around the nation, members are newly being onboarded.   We will file all necessary papers with those States, when required, and they become applicable.
